ABOUT THE JOB

House Cleaner / Cleaning Technician – Full-Time | $18 - $25/hour | No Nights or Weekends

Crabtown Cleaning is a family-owned residential cleaning company serving Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. We're growing our team and looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing a great job and genuinely enjoy helping others.

You don't need professional cleaning experience—we'll train you on our system. What we are looking for is someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to the details, communicates well, accepts coaching, and wants to build something long-term.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll travel to clients' homes throughout Anne Arundel County and provide professional residential cleaning services.

Your work will include cleaning homes, condos, and townhomes while following our detailed cleaning system and meeting our quality standards.

You'll work around children and pets, interact professionally with clients, and often work independently.

This is a physical, active job. You'll spend much of the day on your feet, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying supplies, and moving throughout clients' homes.

Requirements:

- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

- Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to drive between clients' homes

- Valid driver's license

- Current auto insurance

- Smartphone

- Ability to work a physically active full workday

- Ability to pass our required background screening

- No professional cleaning experience required—we provide paid training.
